Cancer
Cancer is one of the scariest words in the English language. In so many ways, cancer is a non-discriminatory disease. It strikes children, women, men, health fanatics, young, old, and anyone in between. The word cancer conjures up images of balding heads, nausea and vomiting, radiation treatments, and death. Cancer can strike virtually any part of the body, from the blood to the bones to organs and skin. Many forms of cancer have a high remission rate while others carry a very high mortality rate.
